At FuturrNovate, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and the labor involved, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Project Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. The initial deposit indicates your commitment to the project. It covers the cost of reserving our schedule, setting up the project environment, and the initial consultation and design phase.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project, please note the following:
- You must notify us in writing via email.
- If the project is cancelled mid-way, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date (calculated hourly or by milestone).
- Ownership of all incomplete work remains with FuturrNovate until payment for the completed portion is settled.
3. Revisions & Scope
Our project proposals include a specific number of revision rounds (usually 2-6). Additional revisions or features outside the scope of the original agreement will be considered a "Change Request" and billed at our standard hourly rate.
4. Project Dormancy
If a project becomes dormant due to lack of communication or outstanding assets for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to place the project on indefinite hold or cancel the contract.
We will provide a written notice at least 7 days prior to taking any such action. If the project is resumed after this period, a re-activation fee may apply, and the timeline will be subject to our current schedule availability.
5. Post-Launch Warranty
We provide a warranty period of 14 to 30 days (depending on the scope agreed upon at the time of the project) after launch to fix any bugs related specifically to our code. Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting platform changes, or client modifications after launch are not covered under warranty and will be billed separately.
