FuturrNovate provides a dedicated Client Portal to streamline communication and provide transparency into your project's progress. By accessing the portal, you agree to the following guidelines.
1. Access & Security (Magic Links)
Authentication: Our portal uses secure, passwordless "Magic Links" sent directly to your registered email address. We do not store passwords.
Your Responsibility: Since access is tied strictly to your email account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your email inbox. Please do not forward login emails to unauthorized third parties. Access granted via a forwarded link is the sole responsibility of the Client.
2. Project Transparency
The portal serves as the transparent record for all project details. You will have access to:
- Milestones: Real-time tracking of project phases reached by our team.
- Financials: A complete history of invoices, total project cost, and payment status.
- Duration: Timelines showing project start dates and estimated completion dates.
3. Data Retention & Backups
While the portal provides a convenient history of your "Lifetime Projects" with us:
- Not a Storage Service: The portal is a project management tool, not a permanent file storage service. We strongly recommend downloading critical assets and invoices to your own local storage or cloud drive.
- Uptime: We strive for high availability, but the portal may occasionally be offline for maintenance.
4. Termination of Access
FuturrNovate reserves the right to revoke portal access if:
- Outstanding invoices remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
- We detect suspicious traffic or attempted abuse originating from your account links.
- The business relationship is terminated due to a breach of Terms.
